Our clients have the option to access settings and own as much of the product support and changes as they would like to own.  Most of our clients prefer to speak to their dedicated support person when they need help.  Granular settings and controls allow our customers to have more functional capabilities than our competitors.  Our solution is one complete application and one relational database with API-to-API integrations to other needed tools.  Over 85% of our customers have integrations back to their ERP/financials and other needed HCM tools.  Our most used functional areas are: Comprehensive HR, Benefits Management, Document Management, Employee Engagement, ESS & MSS, Survey’s,  ATS/Recruiting with integration to AccuSourceHR and Immersive Onboarding, Time & Attendance/Workforce Management, Leave Management, Scheduling and Mobile time capture or time clock options.   Complete Talent Management to include Learning Management, Performance Management, Compensation Management & Succession Management. We also have very granular Payroll processing, 3 different levels of tax deposit/tax filing, Direct Deposit, Pay Cards & Immediate Pay thru Clair.  Criterion also has analytic dashboards, full reporting capabilities and Ad hoc reporting.
