The Great Resignation shows no signs of slowing down in 2022 – if anything, it’s ramping up. In November of 2021, 3% of workers voluntarily quit their jobs, a number that will likely continue to rise this year. In a recent Harvard Business Review survey, 57% of respondents said they would consider taking a new job in the coming year – and it won’t be hard for employees to find new opportunities either. As of February of 2022, there are two unemployed workers for every three job openings.
